RICHARD KRUMHOLZ

DELIGHT RESTAURANT GROUP, MANAGING PARTNER

Rich is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Delight Restaurant Group, a Wendy’s and Taco Bell restaurant franchisee with 226 restaurants and $500 million in revenue. Prior to Delight, Rich was a Principal at The Baupost Group where he focused on US, European, and Brazilian real estate investments. He has a very successful real estate investment track record with over 30 transactions across all real estate sectors and parts of the capital structure. Rich began his career in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as part of its Real Estate Principal Investment Area. Rich is the Wendy’s DMA President for Raleigh and serves on the board of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and the corporation of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Rich received an A.B. with High Honors in Economics from Harvard College.

ANDREW KRUMHOLZ

Andrew is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Delight Restaurant Group, a Wendy’s and Taco Bell restaurant franchisee with 226 restaurants and $500 million in revenue. Prior to Delight, Andrew was a Vice President at the Carlyle Group where he invested in the healthcare and industrials sectors. Before Carlyle, Andrew worked at TPG Capital in the private equity group where he was on the deal team for one of the most profitable investments in the firm’s history. Andrew began his career at Goldman Sachs in the tech, media, and telecom group in the investment banking division. He currently serves on the Board of the Wendy’s Franchise Association and is the Wendy’s DMA President for Virginia Beach/Norfolk. Andrew also serves on the Board of his local Boys & Girls Club. Andrew received an A.B. with High Honors in Economics from Harvard College. 

MARY MOUNT

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER | PARTNER

Mary joined Delight Restaurant Group in 2017 as VP of Operations for Wendy’s. She has served an integral role in growing the Wendy’s business from 30 restaurants to 190+ restaurants. She is the recipient of Wendy’s Jim Near legacy Award. Previously, she served as the Director of Operations for 80 restaurants across Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin for a Wendy’s franchisee. Mary started at Wendy’s when she was 16 years old and has more than 30 years of Wendy’s experience. Mary is a member of Chief, an organization for executive women across the nation.  She currently serves as a Founding member of the Chesapeake Professional Women for Good. Mary received a B.S. in Business with High Honors from Southern New Hampshire University.
